Refund and Return Policy

Buyer is entitled for a 30 days refund/replacement or exchange for all manufacturing defects. Returns will not be approved if the product is found tampered, physically damaged etc. Returns will be approved after the product received meets the requirements. Customer is advised to pack the return item properly, if he has handed the product properly but it was not packed properly & it gets damaged during transportation then we may not approve your request.

Fraudulent activities are prohibited.

Refunds, replacements & exchanges are applicable for all genuine issues. Stickers, seals & labels are considered as the physical part of the product if found tampered it’ll be considered as physically damaged.

Once we receive your return request, we’ll analyse & check the eligibility & if it meets the requirements only then it’ll be approved. You will receive a notification on registered mobile/email id stating whether your request is approved or rejected.

If the returned product is found to be different or damaged then we may dispose it at the earliest.
