1. Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2 business days / 2-3 business days]. Orders may not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is included in the product price. We do not charge any additional fees for delivery within India. The price shown on the product detail page is the final amount you’ll pay—no hidden costs or extra shipping charges.

Note: The free shipping is only for 1 quantity per item or total cart value. If you wish to place a bulk order or order multiple quantities, kindly reach out to us through CONTACT US menu

Estimated delivery time is typically between 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India.

For international orders, please contact us directly, and we’ll assist you with the process. Additional international shipping charges will apply and will be added to your total order value. Delivery times and fees for international shipments vary based on the destination.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order through:

  • Shipping carrier’s website
  • Your “Track Your Order” Section on the website

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you via email. You can choose to have the item re-shipped at your expense or receive a refund. We might charge you the original shipping fees.


8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws, regulations, or the nature of the product (e.g., flammable items, large/heavy products, etc.). Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
